Call Recording (Inbound and Outbound)
Incoming call recording – We can arrange to provide call recording on any number we provide or port and this includes UK 01 and 02 numbers, 03 and 08 numbers International City numbers and also International toll free Numbers – this is a simple set up on the portal.
Call recordings can be stored on line or sent to an e mail address (or FTP site) for you to access whenever you want – this includes a search facility for a call by number and date.
Outgoing call recording – We can arrange to provide call recording on any number you have including standard BT lines such as ISDN 2, ISDN 30, Analogue and SIP and the majority of the Outbound call recording we provide is via a company’s telephone system (pbx) and we can include all system types including Panasonic, Avaya, NEC, Splicecom, Samsung, LG and Mitel.
